This week, The Weekly Beet reports that we have officially chosen to part with our potato chips. That's right! We have given up potato chips and are now munching on another healthier, crunchier, tastier chip! It is with pleasure that we share with you one of our favorite healthy snacks: Lundberg's Rice Chips.
We found Lundberg's Rice Chips at our local health food store. Ever since we cracked open the bag, we just haven't been able to stop eating them! They have indeed replaced our favorite Olive Oil Potato Chips. What's so yummy about these little rice chips? Well, for starters, they come in an assortment of flavors. You can choose from Fiesta Lime, Honey Dijon, Original Sea Salt, Pico de Gallo, Santa Fe Barbecuel, and Sesame & Seaweed. Our favorite flavor is the Sesame & Seaweed. Secondly, Lundberg uses a combination of sea salt and seaweed to flavor their snacks. Sea salt contains many essential minerals that are left out of table salt. For those of you with high blood pressure, sea salt has been known to be quite healing! Also, our favorite flavor has an addition of seaweed.
