Who says you can't be healthy in New York City? Dragonfly Wellness says think again!!
You absolutely can NOT miss the new Whole Foods that recently opened in Columbus Circle. My head was spinning from the overwhelming mass of health oozing from the shelves. I even felt healthier just as I walked through the doors...even New York shoppers looked super healthy as they fought over organic tomatoes. Bravo to Whole Foods for a job well done!!
Located Downtown? There is a Whole Foods location in Chelsea (250 7th Avenue at 24th Street).

One of our favorite restaurants in the city is called Angelica Kitchen. I apologize to my Upper East Side friends, but you will have to make the trip downtown. Order the Dragon Bowl. It's super yummy!

Recently, Dragonfly Wellness gave a health food store tour to some friends in Southampton at the local health food store called Second Nature! We love Second Nature!!!! It's a great store with a fabulous juice bar. We found lots of yummy foods, but I do have to tell, when we looked at the prices of the vitamins they were almost double that of anywhere else! So, my advice to all Southampton locals and guests is to buy your vitamins elsewhere.
Also, while shopping around, we picked up a copy of Inhale Exhale The Hamptons Guide to Beauty and Wellness. LOVE IT!! You can get the little guide at any boutique in the area. Inhale/Exhale is a must-have in any hip girl's beach bag. Love the articles!!
Stop by Ananda Yoga Center Ananda Yoga Center for a little down dog! It's a great yoga center. And, if you can make it to Bridgehampton you must check out Lotte Berk at 264 Butter Lane 631-537-3290. Lotte Berk is an amazing work-out.
